Technology should solve a real problem
If we can’t name the problem a piece of software solves, it shouldn’t be built. Interesting technology is not a reason on its own.

Better means measurable: less manual work, more opportunities, faster decisions. Not simply newer than what came before.

Every layout decision is answering a question about what someone is trying to do. Decoration that answers nothing gets cut.

The goal is fewer steps, not more tooling. Automation that adds a system to maintain without removing work has failed.

Newry is where the work is done. It isn’t where it stops.
The origin
DMIT was founded in Newry, Northern Ireland — close enough to Belfast and Dublin to work with both, and far enough from either to keep overheads honest. It is a single base, and everything ships from it.
The reach
Clients sit across Northern Ireland, Ireland, the UK and Europe. Most of them are somewhere DMIT has never had an office, because this work has never needed one. What it needs is people who answer the phone and ship.
