## Summary

An outdoor porcelain supplier's website rebuilt as a digital sales system: a WooCommerce storefront, an AI tile visualiser and an interactive area calculator, each ending in a route to buy or request a quote.

## The problem

Mourne Exterior sells outdoor porcelain paving — a considered purchase that stalls at two points. Customers cannot picture how a tile will look in their own space, and they are unsure how much to order once wastage and pallet sizes are accounted for. A brochure website answers neither question, so enquiries arrive incomplete and buying decisions get deferred.

## The solution

DMIT built the site as a commercial system rather than a set of pages. A WooCommerce storefront carries the full range with filtering, specification detail and pricing by square metre. An AI tile visualiser lets a customer upload a photo of their own patio or path, choose a porcelain series, and preview the finished surface. An interactive calculator turns measurements into an area, adds a wastage allowance and converts the result into pallets. Both tools end in the same place: buy the recommended tile, or request a free personalised quote.

## The outcome

The website now does work the business previously did by hand. A visitor can see a product in their own space, work out what they need, and either order it or start a quote in the same session — so an enquiry arrives with the space, the quantity and the product already attached to it.
